Maybe the Bush Administration could initiate a population exchange: trade blue-staters for conservative Canadians.  Hell, most of the liberals could just walk across the border anyway; they're mostly in New England and the upper Mid-West.  Canadian government would probably make them happier anyway, as would honoring Queen Elizabeth II as the official chief of state!

And by the way, none of you can compete with Kansas weather.  It can be 120 in the summer and 20 below in the winter, with massive fluctuations day-to-day and even hour-by-hour.  Constant wind, sudden rainshowers, flash-flooding, tornadoes.  I envy Canadians.  Well, as far as the weather goes, anyway.

I always get a kick out of the "Football" requirement.  Just to show that it this spam was out of date eons ago, the author either didn't know or overlooked the fact that there is the CFL and the World League (which is now NFL Europe).  Besides, "American Football" is much better than Soccer . . . and I played soccer for 5 years.  hahaha

actually, I had read that letter from QEII before.  A scotsman sent it to me in December of 2000.  It's amusing still, and I bet the original author is thrilled to get a second go-'round with it.
