Stumbled on these in the 538 database, don't seem to have been mentioned here. Too lazy to look for an original link, do it yourself.

They're not quality polls - Aargh and the University of New Hampshire, both polling both House seats - but they agree with each other.

Aargh has Shea-Porter trailing 40-50 and Bass up only 38-36
The UNH has Shea-Porter trailing 39-49 and Bass up 43-38.

I thought our collective wisdom - including my own - was that Shea-Porter might actually hang on while Bass was running away with it. Might have to rethink both of those positions.

Kuster is a strong candidate who's raised a lot of money. Charlie Bass is also a quasi-incumbent (Kuster has been referring to him as Congressman Bass in all her ads, similar to how Harry Teague refers to his opponent as Congressman Pearce).

That being said, I think polling from ARG is best used as toilet paper...

Is that to try and make him look like a 'Washington Insider'? If not, then that's just stupid.

Yes.

Geoff Davis pulled that trick in 2006 I beleive against his Democratic opponent who had retired in 2004.
