Nearly all of Walker's money is gone due to the primary fight with Mark Neumann, so you have 5 Barrett ads for every one run by Walker.  As soon as he get some more funds, more ads will run and the lead will open up again.  And when you look at the numbers, Barrett is around 43-44 in every poll, while Walker is in a range of 46-50.

Anyway, strange to see Feingold polling lower than Barrett.
