This is good news. For this poll, Scott essentially copied that last AR Ipsos poll. With the Rasmussen  house effect of R+4, both polls have Boozman at 53% and Lincoln at 39%.

In any case, this poll shows that Lincoln is coming back. She has a chance. This was a 20-point swing towards Lincoln.
