Um, yeah. This would be the district that includes Hartford, so ... I dunno.

Larsen (D) 52%
Brickley (R) 45%

It's a D+13 district.  If this poll is correct, the Democrats are in much worse shape than anyone currently thinks.  But it's probably an outlier.

Or expect most of Hartford to forget to vote - which is possible, given expected low minority turnout.
