The Midwest Constitution stipulates that elections will open noon Friday and close noon Sunday, even under the amended version. Therefore the polls have closed; Also Gustaf's vote was 1 minute and 51 seconds too early to be in the legal voting time.

ILV has won the Midwest Governorship by 4 votes to 1.

This is all subject to the SOFAs certification.

Drat!  I missed the deadline AGAIN!  It's all my stupid job's fault....  ::shakes head in disgust::

I would've voted for ILV, of course.
