My suspicion is that PA-11 has tightened a lot - both parties are spending quite heavily there.

Well that goes against expectations. Who are these people though?

Critical Insights?  Like Tender Branson's title says, they are from and usually poll Maine, this cycle, for Maine Today.  They have put out two or three polls of the ME governor's race, ME-01 and ME-02.

I seem to remember from 2008 that they weren't that good - but my memory may not be all that great.
