21% other/undecided?  Crappy poll, or good news for Bielat.

A Democrat winning in Massachusetts.  This is amazing, shocking news.

This is about precisely what I'd have expected. Frank wins by 10 percent, if he's lucky.

Up 13 is what you expected, but he'll win by 10 if he's lucky.

I see.

I expected him to be up by the low teens now, and I expect him to be up by the high single digits later. Glad you "see."

Assuming that the poll isn't crap and that the other/undecideds go 2-1 for Bielat (which is a fair assumption, since Frank is very well-known in the district and the minority population is negligible), then Frank would win 53-47 at this point.
