The last poll from Rasmussen was Rossi +3. Murray is leading in every major poll now, I believe. She actually looks like she might be in better shape than Boxer at this snapshot in time.

I've said it once and I'll say it again: I'm not trusting polls when it comes to this race. None of them. Hell, I might not even trust the results, if Murray 'wins' by a close margin.

That seems to be the case, though California is a bit underpolled at the moment.

Someone needs to poll California soon. Hopefully SUSA or PPP. Also the Field poll might do one more before the election.

Correct.  Murray is doing a jig just above or just below 50% depending on the poll, which ~~usually~~ means she will win, unless election right is really a big wave.

Boxer is stuck at 46-48%, she's not "home" yet.. IMHO.

Citing health care law, Boeing pares employee plan

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101018/ap_on_bi_ge/us_health_costs_boeing

WASHINGTON – Aerospace giant Boeing is joining the list of companies that say the new health care law could have a potential downside for their workers.

In a letter mailed to employees late last week, the company cited the overhaul as part of the reason it is asking some 90,000 nonunion workers to pay significantly more for their health plan next year. A copy of the letter was obtained Monday by The Associated Press.

"The newly enacted health care reform legislation, while intended to expand access to care for millions of uninsured Americans, is also adding cost pressure as requirements of the new law are phased in over the next several years," wrote Rick Stephens, Boeing's senior vice president for human resources.

This race has bounced around a bit and they better hope that it bounces back to Rossi again before election day or their chances of taking the Senate back fall to almost 0%.

Before election day? Don't forget we have all-mail voting. I got my ballot today, and many (if not most) people probably got theirs a few days ago. Leading right now is very good news for Murray.

Murray recently leaked a Murray +4 internal, so that sounds plausible (within the margin of error).

As a conservative, I would love to see Rossi win, but I think King County will be too much to overcome.  Even in this environment, this state is just too far to the left.

They're probably polling it over the weekend along with everything else.
