Where have I said so before?  I believe that the Republicans are generally fascist, evil, murderous, warmongering, socialist thugs who deserve to be thrown in prison rather than be elected to congress, and that the Democrats are generally even worse.  I have endorsed libertarian and paleoconservative (i.e. semi-decent) Republicans, and Republicans running in races with only a Democrat and a Republican.  Even so, they do not make up half my endorsements.

Hey, I know Sbane. He is a friend of mine. He is not a hack about anything. He is a very intelligent, insightful and informed young man, with moderate instincts, except when it is right not to be moderate, such as with respect to matters regarding one of our favorite "medicines."    He's also very affable to boot.

Ron Paul takes the correct libertarian position that open borders are incompatible with a welfare state.

(Which also brings to light the ridiculousness of defending the welfare state due to "morality" - the people considered "poor" in this country are for the most part filthy rich compared to the vast majority of Mexicans.  If transfer of wealth from rich to poor really is "moral," then we should be taking money from our wealthy "poor" and giving it to truly poor people in foreign countries).

I more or less am, but the MA GOP is pretty decent (well, you know...) and my registration as a Republican is more beneficial than an independent, considering my situation.

I almost registered Libertarian though.
