I don't see how Sink can close the 170,000 votes gap...

She claims they can.

Does anyone happen to know if the Oregon and Washington state legislatures will remain dominated by Democrats?

Strickland has just gone down according to Fox.

John Kaisch is the next Governor of Ohio

That's disturbing disgusting!

fixed

And losing a great A-G like Cordray to that joke DeWine is just as bad.

Do you all have Adams County at only 12% reporting as well? Bad, very bad for Quinn. Leans Brady now, I believe. Sad

Crazy-close in Illinois, I think Brady might scrape by, but it'll be close.

Cutler has been leading all night in Maine, but LePage has been catching up. LePage will sneak by, but this is close. Foley still leads in Connecticut! Smiley

I'm so done with California. If I had the money to go to college elsewhere I would just to get out of this crap whole. If they want six more years of nothing from Boxer and the craziness of Brown fine by me. I don't plan on staying in the state when things ultimately get crappier.

Is there any state in particular you're interested in moving to?  Arizona perhaps?  Or how about Texas?  Georgia?  Virginia?

I don't know. I just know the down the ballot races aren't going well for Republicans either, and with a Democrat controlled state legislature that won't help the state.

OK the Adams County thing is a mistake.

Looks like it might go to a recount....but Quinn probably is at a 50%+ probability to win at this point, even though it's absurdly close.

Reminds me of primary night back in February. Certainly the most interesting election cycle Illinois has had in A LONG TIME.

Does anyone happen to know if the Oregon and Washington state legislatures will remain dominated by Democrats?

The Democrats appear guaranteed to keep 25 of 49 seats in the State Senate. The Republicans are barely leading in 2, so they might get up to 27/49.

I haven't looked through the House yet.

Who is winning?

SD-37 in Westchester is 50-50 with 80% in and the Dem leading by about 200 votes.

Yeah, I'm not seeing where she gets the votes. And the fair redistricting referendum isn't nearly 66% of the vote.

What the hell is happening in CT? No precincts from Bridgeport (there are 25), only 9 out of 35 from New Haven, only 4 out of 23 from Hartford, none (out of 23) from Stamford, none (out of 14) from Norwalk,  none (out of 17) from Meriden, none (out of 13) from Fairfield, none (out of 7) from Danbury, none (out of 11) from Hamden. Most biggish-cized towns and citiex haven't reported zilch or almost zilch. Greenwich, West Hartford and Waterbury are done reporting, but where are the rest?

Bridgeport had an issue supposedly running out of ballots and kept some precincts open later in an effort to manufacture Democratic votes. It's disgusting, really.

Bridgeport officials are incompetent and holding polls open only in one part of the state is repugnant.  Keep all open later or none at all.  Treat all voters equally.
