I am awaiting confirmation of whether or not I am able to do this. Forgive my intrusion into debating, but I thought my answer here might be helpful. If I am, I will let the Senate know through my office.

We'll know presently if this is possible. If it is in my jurisdiction, the hardest hit will get the most.
