I actually created it as a federal law, but then reckoned it'd be better at the regional level, so all of the "Atlasias" would need to be changed to "Mideast region". Would someone care to make that amendment?

Alright, I see the point. However, all you people against child labor, this bill is going to be an incentive to find loop holes to get their goods sold by kids and miss taxes. Luckily this can pass alone with very low taxes with our regional budget Wink
I guess we could consider just making them school-sponsored.
