All of them. Ballot 8 is most egregious.

All of them. For ballot #2, the circle looks completely filled in. Is Emmer's issue the fact that the voter wrote in one person for two offices?

Yes.

I'm guessing the Emmer challenger argued it was "signing" the ballot.

Some even more ridiculous ones can be found here: http://www.scribd.com/full/44545204?access_key=key-1bmyti5b2i3rkldv5wml

My favorite is on page 13, where the person clearly double-voted for Attorney General, which would obviously invalidate their vote for AG. But the Emmer challenger seemed to argue that would invalidate the entire ballot. Meaning that Emmer challengers clearly aren't versed in Minnesota election law.

Are Minnesota Republicans just the biggest sore losers in the universe?

Makes me wonder if my ballot was challenged. I wrote-in "Lizard People" for Sheriff, and Emmer's people seem to be challenging any vote for Dayton that also had a write-in.

Basically, all of them are frivolous : the Governor ballot was correctly filled for all of them.

Sorry. This is totally my fault.

All of them.. 7 is a little skanky looking, but the intent is obvious. 9 is absolutely ridiculous unless I'm missing something.
