Pretty neutral. I like how it goes against the status quo and there are some good ideas in the platform, but it's too fractured and seems to be a vehicle for vanity candidates.

It disappeared after 2004. Ventura could have prolonged its life a little. In 1996, it made a big impact, in 2000 it made no impact, in 2004 it just endorsed Ralph Nader, and then it was gone.

I have a positive opinion of third parties in general.

Positive, but it's being replaced by Ventura and his "Independence Party" which is exactly the same, but under a different name in each state.

Positive, but is indeed being replaced by Ventura's Independence Party (or whatever).

To bad they collapsed. They were the only semi viable third party in recent history.

They took 400 some odd votes in 2008, clearly this thing is still alive and kicking. /sarcasm

I never took the Reform Party too seriously. When you endorse Ralph Nader for President the election after running Pat Buchanan, you're credibility takes a hit. What else could you expect from a party founded by a raving lunatic.
