Romney is dead in the water, Huck is the presumptive nominee at this point.

he would dominate if 1) he could raise the money and 2) didn't have clemency

but because of that...he wouldn't last the primaries.

RomneyFail

Then again, I always found it annoying that MI was percieved safe for Romney just because his father (!) was governor. Even though Romney could never win MA, which he himself governed (not in the general, anyway)
Or because he managed to win there in 2008 even though McCain clearly had the momentum at the time...

momentum made it closer, Romney was dominating the state no matter the losses before that

I really don't see #2 becoming an issue at all.

I think it will be a focus point of democrats saying he'll make the wrong decisions, republican candidates (minus T-Paw) saying he's soft on crime, and the media just to make noise. Then again...it could be not an issue since it's already been out there for a year and not like the Bush DUI at the end of his 2000 campaign

Don't bother coming back, Mitt. We still don't want you.

I just can't see how he wins without being the clear frontrunner from the start. He only can really move downhill from here
