No I can't really see it. Possibly somewhere in Eastern Europe. A war between Ukrain and Russia, or Romania and Moldova or something like that, but I think that'd be highly unlikly. The only conflict on the Balkans that I think might result in an out-right war would be between Serbia and Kosovo.

EDIT: Just saw that this poll excluded former Soviet Republics, in that case a war is even more unlikly. I don't think we'll see a war between the countries in the European Union for hundread of years.

But then a lifetime is a very long time so never say never.
