Feeblepizza can be deleted from the list; his move to Indiana takes him out of the region.  Even with him gone, there are two more Atlasians on that list than in Hans's.

Since I just calculated the IDS population, here is a fun fact.

Registered voter percentage:  .00000027% or 27 hundred-millionths of the total population (23 / 86,882,282)

     Correct. It used to be 4, & before that it was 2.
Then Shouldn't Devilman and KS21 be gone?
