Hard to tell. Some of them are quite liberal. This one Persian chick I knew was very liberal, but the overall population, who knows.

Most of the Iranian-Americans in the United States are very well-off and not very religious (and very strongly oppose religion in government, for obvious reasons), so I'm sure they voted pretty strongly against it.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. I know that they are well off, and not religious, but not every group that is well off and fairly non-religious voted strongly against it. Case in point, Asians. I think the vote would have been fairly split.
