27% Chris Christie
17% Mitt Romney
16% Sarah Palin
14% Mike Huckabee
  5% Mitch Daniels
  2% Tim Pawlenty
  2% John Thune
18% Not sure/Other

The interactive (INTERNET !!!) poll of 2,073 likely voters has a margin of error of +/-2.2%.  The subset of 746 Republican likely voters has a margin of error of +/-3.7%. A sampling of Zogby International's online panel, which is representative of the adult population of the U.S., was invited to participate.  Slight weights were added to region, party, age, race, religion, gender, and education to more accurately reflect the population.

Tender,

I hope posting this was worth your credibility.

Nate Silver writes:

http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/2009/03/worst-pollster-in-world-strikes-again.html

"[Zogby's] Internet polls, simply put, are not scientific and should not be published by any legitimate news organization"

The fact that Zogby is polling Christie is not the problem with the poll.  The problem with the poll is that it is not credible in anyway except to people like you.

Yeah, take away about ten points from Christie and he's still tied for the lead. Republicans realize that we need him.  Smiley

Hamilton or whatever your name is these days,

If you and Phil want to hang your hat on Zogby Interactive, be my guest.  And no, I wouldn't be citing something from the "worst pollster in the world" even though "pollster" may be too generous of a description when it comes to Zogby's interactive polls.

If you and Phil want to believe that this poll is accurate or anything resembling a credible poll, go right ahead.

Poundingtherock is still calling RowanBrandon "Hamilton" for some strange reason?

Can Poundingtherock be even more oblivious than J. J. and CARLHAYDEN usually are?

When did I bash Silver?  The guy is pretty solid with numbers but his political analysis is pretty weak.

He should stick with the numbers because he does a decent job with them.
