Of course. He was against Prohibition.

I know I voted a majority-Catholic ticket in 2004 at least. Possibly other years as well.

I'm impressed. Not many people are so progressive.

I, for one, will not stand for this idle promotion of Rum, Romanism, and Rebellion.  I say that Governor Smith can bring his treason back to Dixie, his whiskey back to Canada, his heathenism back to the Vatican, and himself back to New York, where they belong.

Why am I still up and posting this early. Damn. Oh well, on the topic of being born and stuff, I found out two weeks ago or so that there was a mistake when it came to my birth certificate or something, and so I learned that I dont have a middle name. When they put my info in, they put my first and middle name together. So yeah... I have two first names.

Mid Island Hospital in Bethpage NY (now called Mid Island Hospital).  It was about 10 minutes and a few communities over from my parents home.

Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Not sure if the maternity unit that was around then still is or, if it is, what they do with it.

Pittsburgh, PA. Well, the suburbs, but everyone within almost a one county radius says they live in Pittsburgh.

Iola, Kansas

IIRC, there's only one "pregnant lady" room at the hospital, so just about everyone who was born in Allen County was born in either that room or the back of a pickup (Seriously).
