I live in McHenry County, IL. It's a fast growing suburban area 50 miles northwest of Chicago. It is dominated by riverside towns, vast farmland, and most recently...sprawl! It has gone Republican every presidential election since 1960, and probably more before then. The 21st century elections (fueled by suburban growth here) saw our vote totals climb past the 100,000 mark.
