I love how Tester is "moderate" again. Wasn't he a Progressive Hero not too long ago? This guy can't make up his mind.

Remember how everyone was so confident that the Dems would pick up NH, MO, and OH right after the 2008 election? Anyone see something similar happening now?

Agreed. I like our chances but it's not a sure thing right now.

What are the chances Schweitzer goes for the house seat?

Zero?  Why would he want to go from being a governor to a congressman?  If anything he'd run for the Senate seat.

You could ask Mike Castle and Bill Janklow the same question. It isn't a crazy idea for those representing states with a small population.

Yes, but unlike Castle or Janklow, he appears to be running for President in 2016.

It has been a rumor but how does it "appear" that he's running? Has he even commented on it?
