Here you go.

There may be a few errors in metro Chicago or L.A., but not many.

Very nice. Any chance of strengths for the parties in each district?

It's amusing that Ohio looks essentially the same as it does today.

I'll try to get something like that up in a little bit.  Wink

This is kinda picky, but shouldn't Dave Obey's district be red?

Yeah, I forgot to change the color scheme for Wisconsin.  I had another map with blue for Dems and red for Repubs.  It should be fixed now.  Smiley

Crazy to see so many Dems in rural Southern districts and so many Republicans in Northern suburbs. What a difference 25 years makes. Also, MS delta being R while most of the state being D is f'ing nuts!

By the way, I forgot that Tulsa Oklahoma was represented by a conservative Democrat.  The map is now updated.

Yeah, seems to have been drawn to elect a Black man in 1982, but elected a White Republican instead for the first two terms. Mike Espy beat him in 1986.

Most of the Northern suburban areas that had Republican reps then, do now. New England looks very different though.

NH looks the same.

NH is the Republican bastard child of New England.

Shouldn't the red Lower Hudson Valley CD that borders Connecticut be blue? I am pretty sure that district was held by Republican Hamilton Fish IV, not to be confused with his fascist father or far left son.
