Unfortunately, it's there.  If it weren't the tally would be sending me to the Senate instead of Oakvale who he voted for as if this were a FPTP election.

As much as I wanted Ernest to win, the law is clear that voting ends 72 hours after it begins.

Since I saw gporter's vote myself, I will not be contesting the election results myself.  However, I will support prosecution of gporter to the fullest extent of the law.  It might be a stretch since he apparently deleted only a portion of the thread and not the whole thread, but I think a case could be brought under Section 3.4 of the Consolidated Criminal Justice Act.

Vote deleting has been done in the past without any talk of criminal prosecution. I don't really think it makes it criminal if the election has ended and the booth has been locked.

At least if I were Attorney General, I would not prosecute GPORTER for this.

That said, the Department of Forum Affairs commends Ernest for accepting the results of a free and fair election. I stand with Ernest together to oppose attempts by Wormyguy to deprive Atlasia of its rightly elected Senator-Elect Oakvale. This Department will not let such a fraud attempt succeed without a big fight.
