I've noticed several VDs in Fayette County, despite being RURAL and white, have obscenely large margins for Obama. They are:

Franklin District 1: 96% Obama, 98% White
Perry District 4: 83% Obama, 93% White

Well, just go on Dave's redistricting app...

What is up with these districts. I mean, the rest of the VDs within those municipalities are much more conservative.

Well if you could name the places it might help? But, probably, old pit communities with a population of roughly twelve retired miners with pneumoconiosis, their wives, three widows and at least one genuinely terrifying dog.
