280 EV's right there, take NH away and the republican still wins with Wisconsin at 276.  Take Wisconsin away and keep NH, its 270 and the republican still wins, without Nevada and Colorado.  Reapportionment creates multiple opportunities this cycle and puts the burden on democrats to pick off VA, NC, FL or OH again while holding NV and CO.
