Nashville-based TN-5 also fits, though it's certainly not as Liberal

CA 11 - how is this an R+1 district with Alameda County?

The part in Alameda County is fairly democratic (though still somewhat competitive), it's the part in in the Central valley that keeps it technically R

CA 12 - working class catholic san francisco suburbs i'm guessing

Speaking as a resident, "Working class" does not describe this district.  its one of the richest in the US I think.  Think of it as west Silicon valley

CA 17 - if a rural district is D+19, there's probably hippies

it's not really rural, its a combination of Liberals and hippies in Santa Cruz, and Hispanics in Salinas and the Rest of Monterrey county

Yeah, that district is where many of the people who got rich off the dot-com bubble before it burst live.
