It was reported in yesterday's Sunday Mirror that Karl Rove is going to help the Tories in the final 72 hours of the UK General Election

Is it true? Any thoughts? Betrayal?

Doubt it, Bush likes Blair a great deal and Karl Rove effectively told Michael Howard that where he to visit the united states President Bush would refuse to meet him... i really doubt it, Howard's attacks on Blair have really annoyed Bush and many in the white house, added to which what the hell can Karl Rove do in three days?

We're actually taking anything the Mirror prints seriously after the fiasco that led to Piers Moron resigning?

I read in the National Enquirer that Elvis is alive and Amelia Earhardt is having his baby.  Is this true?

Yeah, this is the fault with the story. I'll believe it when Rove gets off the plane at Heathrow.

Rove and Bush seem to have healthy distain for Howard, Bush really does like Blair it would seem, however interestingly the Bush administration did kinda like IDS, but still very much prefered Blair.
