I also am in favor of choosing a person. My top choice would be myself (Tongue), but taking that off the table, I would also agree with bgwah it should probably be someone who has been around for ages.

*Does some searching*

Some Suggestions:
Jas
Speed of Sound
ColinW

I checked, and all three have pretty substantial Wiki pages.

Do we need a vote on it or can we just, like, declare it official?

I personally think doing a law would be interesting, but to the average Atlasian, it wouldn't be. I can't see very many people actually taking the time to read it.

So basically, what bgwah said. Tongue

If we were to pick legislation, I think something like the Proportional Representation Act might be more interesting, since it more directly effects the actual game. But we already picked the Election Administrator's Guidebook, which is sorta similar, so meh.
I don't know, perhaps either the "Supreme Court Bar Act"? I'd be fine with the one you suggested, too. We could always do my motorcycle safety act (there's such a sad meaning behind that).

Uh-oh, I'm the tiebreaker? Well, at least we'll finish this vote faster than the Senate has passed one in a looong time. Tongue
