My obsession with the Democrats winning South Dakota goes unfulfilled yet again.

It looks like they are displaying the whole certificates, rather than just excerpts as in 2000.

The good news from Texas is that all the write-in candidates received at least 34 votes (write-in candidates in Texas have to file a list of their elector candidates, just in case they win).
