The Natioanl Archives has received the offical results from 4 states, Bush win all four states:
                        Bush                Kerry
Texas           4,526,917   2,832,704
South Dakota      232,584      149,244
Georgia            1,914,254   1,366,149
Arizona            1,104,294      893,524

It looks like they are displaying the whole certificates, rather than just excerpts as in 2000.

The good news from Texas is that all the write-in candidates received at least 34 votes (write-in candidates in Texas have to file a list of their elector candidates, just in case they win).
