In Santa Fe, New Mexico -- Governor Bill Richardson announces that he will run for President citing his experience as an ambassador both independently and while under the Clinton Administration; his executive leadership, as well as having worked as a Congressman and the Secretary of Energy for Bill Clinton.

Richardson speaks about how America is starting to have its own dynastic cycle. Bush - Clinton - Clinton - Bush - Bush and now Bush/Clinton?

Later that week Richardson flys out to Iowa to stump in the early caucus state.
