I'm guessing there would be a gazillion threads on California as they were gaining seven seats. There would also be discussion on the texas districts ("is this legal" Torie would ask?) and also the Georgia "dump newt" plan where many people would wonder if this would backfire. Most importantly, I could see there being threads on the new VRA rules and how it affected some races (Ben Erdreich anyone?)

It was 1991.. I'd be wearing old Zubas that my grandma sewed for me and playing with snap bracelets and watching the Simpsons and asking my mom was a USSR is.
