Overall approvals for McCaskill 46-47.

McCaskill/Akin: 46/45
McCaskill/Leutkemeyer: 45/42
McCaskill/Steelman: 45/42
McCaskill/Martin: 46/39
McCaskill/Brunner: 47/41

Unfortunately for Claire there are many more undecided Republicans than Democrats.

Akin? Missouri seems to have a tendency to be relatively friendly to extremists/idiots like him.

I was planning to support Steelman but not that Akin is making noise I may pull for him. This race will be fun to watch!

If Obama wins, McCaskill wins.

If the GOP nominee wins, she loses.

Nationally or in Missouri? If the latter, I agree.

I hope McCaskill loses, she's awful.  I remember when the whole plane controversy came out, she said something like "There are plenty of people I could blame for this, but I know better.  I take full responsibility."  Yeah, sure ...

I'd give McCaskill a 1-4% margin over Obama's showing in the state. No more, no less. But in MO, that margin is usually the difference between reelection and forced retirement.

Obama will not carry Missouri. I think that we can write that down.

In pencil maybe.....
