No, Texas was not stolen in 1960. Irregularities certainly, but the margin for Kennedy was too big for it to have been stolen.

What was stolen was the 1948 Texas Democratic primary. This was the infamous runoff where LBJ won by only 87 votes. After this he would go one to be elected Senator, become majority leader, vice-presiden, and finally president.

Oh, and Ohio wasn't stolen either
