I was asking about the 1968 race.  John King ran for the Senate that year.  Peterson or Bussiere?

1991 Louisiana gubernatorial election.

Edwin Edwards, without the slightest hesitation. David Duke is a literal neo-Nazi. As a non-white non-heterosexual non-extreme right individual, voting for a literal neo-Nazi would be suicide.

My default answer for every Russian election is Yabloko since although I don't normally go for liberal parties by rule they seem to at least be vaguely committed towards democracy and actually trying to work with the rest of the world; and that's more important IMO than anything else.  I mean they aren't great, but which of the other choices are?

I'd have boycotted the election, alongwith the opposition parties.  No point voting when there's no real opposition to vote for!
