At the very least, some are. When applied to interstate commerce - like the airline industry - it is constitutional. If it's something like single-state utility companies, like power companies, probably not.

I think anti-trust laws are good, for the most part. It's one of the few good regulations on business. Trusts and cartels create artificial monopolies on prices by collaborating rather than competing. Capitalism is best when companies compete, which keeps prices low - if they can artificially inflate prices that benefit goes out the window.

I'm for anti-trust laws, I just wanted to get some opinions on their constitutionality at a federal level.
