Well from what I've read about Tomblin, Ireland and Maloney......Ireland seems like the most competent choice actually. They're all pro "West Virginia values", pro-gun and whatever other nonsense you have to be to get elected in West Virginia, unfortunately.

Tomblin doesn't strike me as the brightest person out there. Anyone who knows more about him willing to agree or disagree?
