Even though people are aware that I am trying to not be a threat, it does not change the fact that I am, actually, at this time, not a threat, to anybody! This is how I manage to survive.

about 35% of the time I play risk, I am the first player to be defeated.
30% of the time I win
30% of the time I am the LAST player to be defeated
Only 5% of the time do I end up with some other outcome (IE being defeated somewhere between 2nd and 4th)

How do you remember these statistics? Did you jot it down in your Risk Campaign Book?

I dont play as many games as you may think Tongue

I purposefully play to be as non threatening as possible. I learned that playing against the computer actually. I had one hell of an epic game on facebook risk against 2 others who played the same. DAMN that was epic. I was the last to be defeated in the game.

The only reason people tend to have to eliminate me first is fear of what I can do if I'm left alive too long.

I've come back from a single territory to win multiple times, once, with only 2 armies. Sadly, I've never managed to do it with 1, but I was once beat by someone who managed to pull that off. (Of course, I was the last to go in that game)

Frankly, looking at the board as-is, BK and Lewis can either
A - take me out now out of fear of what I can do, and, be crushed next
or
B - try to take the lead away from Gustaf

Then it comes down to me VS whoever that person is. Sadly, by that time, due to the Monty Hall paradox, I tend to lose more often than not.

You know, if Teddy controlled NM and Lewis controlled KS, the map would actually look pretty tidy.

All to Kentucky.

Attack KY-TN until I'm down to 5 or 6 units in Kentucky or Tennessee has been taken.
Either way, await further instructions.

I'm calling Gustaf and Lewis T. having an anti-BK alliance.

No idea how Teddy fits into this.

This is where I mention that I was born on the anniversary of the Battle of Nashville. Which I know only because there are surprisingly few important anniversaries on that date - certainly noticeably less than it's due share of 1/365th.
All to Kentucky.

Attack KY-TN until I'm down to 5 or 6 units in Kentucky or Tennessee has been taken.
Either way, await further instructions.

Provisional map
I don't see where I ordered to put them all in Tennessee. I didn't say "do or die".

Though I see I didn't explicitly specify that I wanted to decide that afterwards, either. Embarrassed

So yeah. Depending on we handle the situation, either I want

7 units to stay behind in Kentucky, 9 to move to Tennessee. Attack TN-GA-FL-AL do or die. Await further instructions, though those will only concern a possible tactical move.

or

Attack TN-GA-FL-AL do or die, but leaving 7 behind in Tennessee. Tactically move 6 units from Tennessee to Kentucky and end turn.

Based on precedent I think Joe will allow you to leave units in Kentucky.

It may be a language thing, but "all to kentucky" to me says "all units, move to kentucky, leaving none behind"

Uh, that meant "deploy all my reinforcements in Kentucky", and was interpreted as such. Huh

Though I see no reason in this case not to allow you to retroactively specify it within the same turn.  So we'll go with the first of your two plans of action.

1 in Idaho
1 in Utah
3 in Colorado

Attack, Colorado to Kansas, all units. Stop attack if Colorado is reduced to 4 or fewer units. Otherwise continue.

Once occupied, retreat all possible troops from Kansas back into Colorado.
