My internet access may be a little sporadic between now and the weekend.  Just a heads up.

Crunch time. Two to Virginia, one to Georgia.

Georgia - Florida do or die.

Virginia - Tennessee do or die. Split the batallions as evenly as possible between the two.

Await further orders.

Which state do you want to have the advantage in case there's an odd number?

Well, that could have gone better. Free move from Florida to Georgia, take card, end turn.

So between homelycooking and Bacon King, which is more likely to conquer the former Confederacy?

I think you have your answer.

Last move, the plan I was thinking of doing was to put everything on FL and try to wipe out Homelycooking to grab his cards.  While I'm glad I did what I did, I see now that someone else has an easy shot at his four cards.

Tradin' in some cards:

That's 16 reinforcements, right?

2 in AR, 14 in LA.

LA-MS-AL-FL-GA-SC-NC-VA do or die.

Free move VA-TN so that they have an equal number of troops (if odd, extra goes in TN). End turn.

It's probably no use pressing thumbs for homely here, is it? If there's anything left at the end of BK's rampage it falls to Gustaf, not me.

Kind of made up for his catastrophic effort during the Battle of the Delta last turn, doesn't it?
