Refers to a law he brought up in the Northeast Region that transferred all unimproved regional lands to their original Native owners during a discussion about a bill eliminating park fees for regional residents. He did that as a way of attempting to nullify the discussion about fees, since, presumably, the parks would have been re-transferred to the Natives and the Regional government would have been powerless to institute fees.

That makes no sense. If someone acts like sh*t in the forum, I don't know why anyone should "make an effort" to know him better.

Meh, he's putting on a "troll act" and we were just too slow to catch onto it.
I mean his apology really did seem sincere (at the time) and after hearing firsthand testimony from Snowguy (who I consider to be a pretty darned honest person) I have to say that I'm becoming more and more convinced that Worms is merely playing an exaggerated character on this stage known as the "Atlas Forum" (like most of us really).
After all, somebody gets a lot more responses when they take up an abrasive act than if they act like too nice and courteous and only go as far as to "respectfully disagree" with posters they don't see eye to eye with.
I mean really, just look at Wormyguy's posting history: he wasn't always like this super abrasive guy who was an extreme Scotsman.  Hell, I remember him defending Bob Barr at one time against Libertas!  I think he might've even been undecided between pulling for Lincoln Chafee and the Republican guy in the Rhode Island Gubernatorial election!  Or calling a quote where SPC posted a link to the "Free Market Healthcare plan" as "retarded"!
What's more?  He used to have a pleasant demeanor and wasn't as disagreeable back then!  In fact he kind of reminded me of myself when I first got onto this forum!
I can't really think of any other real explanation for his sudden change in attitude and temperament towards others on this forum other than that he saw how much more attention Libertas got just by being disagreeable and thus modified his behavior accordingly.
That is my two cents, and I got to congratulate Wormyguy on keeping this act up for so long.  Man, you really had me all the way dude.  In fact, just in honor of your great skills at pulling the "troll act" on us all man I'm changing my vote to Freedom Fighter.
