If Huckabee runs, he wins. He's the only candidate I think who beats Obama in most circumstances.

Most circumstances? I think he'd probably have the best chance of any Republican in the general election, fund raising issues aside, but he would still be a slight underdog at best.

If he would have decided to run, I don't think fundraising would have been the issue it was last time.
