If those were three 14(?) year old boys doing that to an 11 year old girl... forget about it. Their asses would probably be locked up.

Not that I'm saying that that would be right course of action in either case but something more than a slap on wrist is probably needed here. This kid is gonna be teased relentlessly for at least the next seven years of his life over this.
