He seems fine, I guess, no worse than most of the new people that always seem to be flooding this place. Sure, there'll always be a few good ones, but most of the new posters make a thousand terrible posts and then eventually just stop posting, get banned, or are Wormyguy. And that's just the way these things go.

He's obstinate (hasn't budged an inch on anything whatsoever), rude, impertinent, and writes in the classic "Internet Crazy" style.  Also, he really likes to bold things.

Don't now much about CitizenX. Have seen posts in the Weiner thread, though. Solely on the basis of his/her bold inflation, might in fact be Dlanor from Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Too new here myself to really know. Must investigate this person further.
