I don't think it is unpatriotic, but it is the last ditch effort of those who opposed the President to put some sort of pale on his next four years.

in the election in the Ukraine there was clear evidence of fraud.
People questioned the election results there.  That's how the evidence of fraud came to light.

The first complaints came when Yanukovich was declared the winner even though the exit polls favored Yuschenko.

After some hestitation, I voted yes. Questioning election results without real basis is unpatriotic. It's everyone's right to be unpatriotic though, so I'm not really condeming it that harshly.
