A weird random thought that just came to me.

I'm going to have to go with option 2, but it's probably really close. Most emoviolence shows in North Dakota I've been to had a turnout of about 30-40 people.

I'm going to guess those were the same 30-40 people each time, so option 1.

No it wasn't. And those are just the shows I've been to.

Probably at most a few thousand people in North Dakota even know what emoviolence is, and probably a few hundred have actually been to an emoviolence show. Given that a large number of people seem to have posted on the Atlas only a few times and then disappeared, or were active in the past but no longer are, I'd have to say option 2.

There is no such thing as North Dakota, so 1.

I doubt a "few thousand" have, considering how many olds there and that 6000 would be 1% of the state, also the number isn't much higher than those that have been to an emoviolence show I'm sure.
