Drug test every adult in America

At any given time, what do you think the percentage of illegal drug-using adults are? I would personally like to see this on a state by state basis on a map if possible, just for kicks. If you're feeling really randy separating it by party, drug, or age would be neat.

I am having difficulty finding statistics on a state by state basis so my map would be based on stereotyping and guessing. I also cannot really be bothered doing a map myself because I am drunk. So I thought I might ask for help.

I'd say 30%.

And incidentally, it's lower among the poor.

By drug users do you mean people who consistently use drugs or people who have tried it just once?
