You've received 0 votes in round 1, so you're eliminated at the same time as Jbrase. Wink

There's nothing wrong about the JCP running a candidate on its own. What I don't get is JCPers preferencing a libertarian like Jbrase above someone who perfectly fits their views, like TexasGurl.

This is not a "communication" issue. This is simply consistency in voting : if you are a left-winger, you know you have no reason to prefer Jbrase to TG.

She probably reacted excessively, and I won't follow her. But I think if you are losing to a right-winger because of the preferences of fellow left-wingers, you can have some legitimate reasons to be pissed off.

And I preferenced Meeker over Jbrase, so don't look at me.

So don't try to lay a sole blame on JCP. It's a mutual fault Jbrase is winning.

The point it's that currently, only Meeker's transfers matter. And it's the attitude of some of Meeker's voters (like you) which is causing the left's defeat. I'd be equally pissed of at the UDLers if their votes caused Jbrase's victory.

Interesting, if JCPers had all their votes transfer straight to TG instead of exhausting/going to JBrase, TexasGurl would have won this. Unless I'm just reading this wrong.

Indeed. That's the sad thing of this election (for the left, of course Tongue).

If we have 74 vote, the quota is 13.

74/6=12.333 and it always gets rounded up so that gives 13.

Why, it's incredible how massive Cincinnatus' transfers to Yelnoc are.

These are far from the glory days, my friend. It's sacrilege to even compare them!

Participation had reached unseen heights and Hamilton hadn't yet come in and screwed everything. As far as I my memory (which of course is shorter than yours) goes, these were the glory days. Smiley
