Time is short - what is your verdict of life, death or crucifixion.

 [LIFE] - to be advanced to the highest order of atlasia’s, to which if approved, would forward to President Barrack H. Obama for immediate implementation.  
 [DEATH] - by character1 assassination.  
 [CRUCIFIXION] of the messenger; a peasant, resident of atlasia, descendent of job, of diabolical disorders and heresy.  

 Debt Destruction Directive’s are as follows:

Fed Cut- Check Out – End Of Service: all resigned, retired, termed or defeated Federally elected officials, appointees and employees (excluding military), will be declare “service is complete. All pension, medical and expense retirement plans are severed to - two options; a cash settlement or 10 year annuity. Length of service is nullified.  All residents of the USA at their determined time of retirement can approach the check out window and seek claim of entitlement and settle for cash or 10 year annuity (-) less services already received. Resident settlement action nullifies all further claims of any monetary or medical entitlement.

Fed Cut - 24% reduction of all entitlement compensations - prorated over 72 months. Eligibility is extended 1 year every 2 years 3 times. Entitlement Tax - 7% tax on all personal Income till death. All carryovers (estates/inheritance2) are new income for the one receiving. No additional tax on original owner of tax paid assets at the time of death.

Fed New Tax - Pot, Guns and Internet-Gambling Protection: Administered by the [USPMC]

Fed Cut - Unfunded EDU recommended curriculum only. States fund all day to day operations. Fed capital/infrastructure (new currency/central bank) funding is approved as needed - 2/3 vote approval. The Fed will provide; software and data base capacities for fully accredited year round on-line and/or correspondent educational classes that are age and learning appropriate thru adult. Validated SS# is the only requirement for access and use. (A Civilian Assisted Down Line Mentoring Program).  

Fed New Tax – 33% tax [constitutional access fee - CAF]: all monetary settlements – the Judge/Court collects from plaintiff / attorneys - sequesters 1/3 for the judicial, balance to debt destruction (20yr retroactive3 - payment plans will be arranged).

Fed Tax - Home Mortgage tax-deduction suspends till debts do they part.

Fed Tax - All Foundations, Political, Religious and Private, corporate and personal charitable tax-deductions suspend till debts do they part.
  
Revised Personal Tax Liability Table4 – All forms of income are graded the same.

Fed Regulatory Cut – Any Employer can only be held libel for; Work place safety and wage agreed to. Fed Minimum Wage & 40hr Rule - nullified.  

Fed New Tax – All forms of media advertisement. 10%. 100% dedicated to debt destruction till debts do they part.

yeah... I'm OK,
  the big guy has said in the past that he was in need of suggestions and it appears he still is... just trying to be helpful.
   The 20 yr retro tax on lawyers may be a little over the top. I think Clinton did retro taxes.
