If Obama's reelected, this says Republican. If he's not, the Democrat wins. Simple as that.
I suppose this is most likely.  I think their governor was a Democrat during most of the Bush years and a Republican during most of the Clinton years.

Whichever party loses the Presidency wins the Governorship the next year. It's happened every cycle back to, I think, Carter.

Bolling apparently has McDonnell's preemptive endorsement. So Bolling v. McAulliffe it is, I guess.

That's not going to scare off Cuccinelli.
